How pre-market phase pricing works

In a phased land development, lots are typically released and priced in groups ("phases"). As one phase sells and infrastructure is completed, pricing on the next phase commonly increases — reflecting reduced remaining inventory and increased proof of progress, not a guaranteed formula.

This is a pattern worth understanding, not a promise of appreciation. Buyers should ask, for any specific opportunity, what has actually been completed, what remains a plan, and what the seller can document versus what is presented as expectation.
