Wally Properties, Wally Management, Wally Advisory and Wally Build are service-line names used by the same legal entity and are not separate legal entities. Wally Properties markets properties and developments; Wally Management provides rental and property-management services; Wally Advisory provides buyer and investor advisory services; Wally Build coordinates construction and renovation.

Live in Guanacaste presents property opportunities, management services, investor guidance and construction coordination. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of investment return, or legal, tax or financial advice.

Our role

We coordinate and facilitate; independent, licensed professionals (attorneys, notaries, architects, engineers, accountants) handle all legal, notarial, permitting, engineering and tax matters. Forms submitted through this website are inquiries or expressions of interest and do not, by themselves, create a binding purchase agreement.
