Live in Guanacaste is run by Wally Pacific, a family business that started with hands-on, day-to-day management of short-term rental properties on this coast — construction, landscaping, guest relations, dynamic pricing, check-in and check-out, local suppliers, owners and international clients. That's where the experience behind this site actually comes from.
Today the same family runs the marketing, digital design and lead follow-up too — so what you see here is built by people who also answer the phone when a guest locks themselves out at midnight.

How we describe what we do
We offer four things under one roof: property sales through Wally Properties, rental management through Wally Management, buyer and investor advisory through Wally Advisory, and construction coordination through Wally Build. Legal, notarial, tax, and permitting matters are always handled by independent, licensed professionals — we coordinate around them, we don't replace them.
